The 3D secure code is sent through your bank’s applications, not through
Serenata. If you have not received a code to your phone, then there are two
possible reasons.
- You may be using someone else’s card, like a relative, partner or spouse.
Please use a card in your name as the 3d Secure code will be sent to the card
owners’ phone. - There is an issue with your banks 3D secure application process. Please
contact your bank and advise them that you are not receiving a 3D secure code
when trying to make a payment.
